This is for the couple who have their venue and vendors booked, but want someone tohandle all the last minute details.It includes the following: ▪ 6 - 8 weeks before your wedding you'll meet with your planner to discuss your overall vision for the wedding and we'll review vendor agreements ▪ Final meeting with bride and groom to handle any last minute questions and changes at the reception and ceremony locations ▪ Unlimited phone or email support with planner ▪ Confirm dates, times, addresses, packages and time lines with vendors ▪ Create and provide Wedding Day Schedule to appropriate guests and vendors ▪ Coordination of Rehearsal with musicians, officiant, wedding party and family members ▪ Confirm floor plans and layout with catering or banquet staff ▪ Attend sound check with band or DJ ▪ Coach ushers, bridal party and wedding book attendant on proper procedure ▪ Assist in placement of seating cards, menus, favors and gifts ▪ Coordinate the cake cutting, bouquet toss and other milestones in the wedding with DJ,catering and other appropriate staff ▪ At least two staff members onsite through to the end of the wedding to ensure gifts and floral items are taken home with the appropriate persons Month of starts at $1,500
